I really need someone who can help me.

I have written several emails to my Shifu, recently but have not yet received any reply to a matter that has been going on for some months now.

What I need is someone who can speak Chinese to phone him to ask where we are at with regards to the request.

I would be eternally greatful to anyone who could please help me.

I'm happy to pay a reasonable fee or send gifts to the person who can help me.

No offense dude, but over the years you've made a few requests of this nature. Why don't you just learn to speak Chinese?

I wouldn't stress out too much about it. I'm sure he's just busy teaching students and will eventually get your certificate signed when he has a break from classes.

Bawang, Not everybody involved within the Chinese Martial Arts talks fluent Chinese but thanks for the kind thoughts. Coming from one such as you its a great honour!

I talked to my Shifu yesterday so all is on track and above board but hey, thanks for your comments.
