Does anybody know how to post a picture and make it to appear in the post that one doesn't have to click it to open it?

The ... may work in other forums but it doesn't work here.

Click the "attachments" link on the tool bar which will open another window for you to upload your files.
Click "add files."
Click "select files" and locate the file you want to upload.
Highlight the file and click "upload files."

Go back to the thread post and click the drop down arrow next to the attachments link paper clip. You should see the photo you uploaded in the drop down list. If so then select the file and it will be placed into the thread post.

But I don't mean to put a line that you have to click it to open but a physical picture as shown in another forum. So far I have not seen any pictures "physically" appear in this forum yet. Is it a bad design? I start to wonder about that.

If you click the following link, you can see that the picture appears in the post.

I can make the clip work but why not make the picture to work the same way?

If you have url of your picture, you may insert it without filter or with filter as attachment.

It works out fine for me.

We came a long way from watching black and white TV in 1960s.

Internet with text, photo and video and all.

What you watching (on the internet and not on TV anymore) ?

Thanks for everybody's help. I have used my other laptop and I can see pictures there. It's my desktop computer problem after all and I'll look into it.
