Made in 1983 by a group of Japanese HS students who were clearly fans of the kung fu comedies of the late '70s. Although they were clearly amateur performers, the photography in every single shot was painstakingly set up to replicate the independent KF films of HK/Taiwan. Including the use of lifted movie soundtrack music. IMO, quite an amazing accomplishment.
