Snt is such a elegant and sophisticated art. No need to go anywhere to search. It is at home.

Wcners need to ask a question, what do one develop in snt? If one can't answer that than one really doesn't practice Wck. Atleast one doesn't develop the fundamental.

Also, now i change the term engine into motor. So, when I talk motor please don't think or look for water tower. The force in horse power of motor to pull and push dynamically is a totally different physical phenomenon compare to how many pound the water power can hold instatic.

There are details in motor needs to be understood. There are dc motor, ac motor, different types of motors. So snake motor of Wck is not white crane because even white crane has different type of white crane lineage.


The force couple into ground from the mid arch is rooting instead of standing trying to hold the ground with the toes or stress muscle . Got nothing to do with structure or clamping the knees. So, even in walking or running one root. Yes, Wck the same, root dynamically. No one hold on to a structure to root in real life dynamic situation. If one can't root in walking. Forget about real martial art application. Real life is not a fix demo.
