If your opponent punches at your head, you do nothing but trying to wrap his arm/arms. How many punches can he throw before you can wrap at least one of his arm?

If my name is Bas Rutten, then only one punch.
1. In the video,
the move is called chuan or tiao. It is not "block" or ge dan per se. There is only upward force mainly and not so much horizontally.
Usually, it is around the wrist area initially depending the distance of course.
In the video, he was chuan above the opponent's elbow and inside his door.
2. We usually use chuan or tiao to establish contact initially.
If we may follow up with wrap or chan, depending the distance and momentum after contact.
We may wrap or chan downward and then upward;
or outward and laterally.
My point is that we have to be good at chuan and tiao first.
Chan only if the opportunities arrive.
That is.
