Are there any acrobatics out there? You know people who can do flips etc. I would like to talk about the acrobatic part of martial arts, if any of you are interested. I'm not so good at acrobatics, only thing I can do is front flip, and all types of kicking. ****it, I make myself sound like a troll :)
