Pho !!!!

Tried it for the first time and was amazed. In case you're not familiar with it, Pho is a Vietnamese Beef noodle soup and it's da bomb. Especially when it's -20C over here, a nice hot bowl of soup goes down great, but this one was out of this world.

Anyway, wanted to see if there are any other Pho-natics out there and if you haven't already, give it a try!!!

We go to Pho Soc Tran for birthdays after class on Saturdays. Just had my birthday beef noodle soup last Saturday! Yum!

I love Pho and the spring rolls! Vietnamese dishes are truly awesome. It is savory and aromatic.
