I'm not buying that he's 118, but that's just my opinion. I'd give him late 70's, maybe early 80's. Still, that's impressive for such an old fella. I hope I live that long and can move that well into my old age.

I think the claim is that he is "now" 118. Though I wouldn't count on that being accurate simply because birth records are notoriously inaccurate in China.
Longevity is a selling point too, so it is a factor used to push credibility I guess.
But yeah, he's not 118 in that clip. That clip is looking somewhere around 20 years old or older.
He looks more like a guy of late 60's early 70s though age wise.
