your 3rd section is different to mine..... the drop of the elbow on the 2nd strike is something i've not seen. i'll need to have a play about with it. i dont like losing my contact once i have it.

but as we all know it's hard to talk about slt and application :rolleyes:

The drop of the elbow is in everyones SLT it just is not noticed or overlooked but its there...
