The school, Lam Kwoon, was a constructed as an industrial meat locker that failed to meet city requirements and so was converted to an ice rink, prior to becoming our school.

That tape was one of the better tapes made during that time, anywhere. Kung fu training methods are the foundation and cornerstone of TCMA. The only thing that needed work was those centipede push ups. They are to be done moving and not stationary.
