Hi All,
First post - it was bound to happen sooner or later!
Just a question to my BSL Brothers. Do you know any branch of Northern Shaolin (Ku Yu Cheung's) that does not teach a full extention in the limbs when striking? I thought this was the norm for this style and the majority of the Northern arts??
