Hey I replied to this the day it appeared! All I wrote was that you could start at my site www.mantis.org.uk (http://www.mantis.org.uk).

I think the site is overdue for a revamping but it's a place to start. Sifu Mark Leung's site (linked at mine) had lots of explicit info last time I looked. Also there are many links to other Chow Gar resources. and other mantis resources.
