What about these two books

A question. The Shaolin Monastery, of Meir Shahar. In my opinion it is quite good. The second book, which I ignore. Shaolin Grandmaster's text, written by "order of Shaolin". I would like to know your opinion about these two books.

Shahar's book is well researched. As for the other book, what is it called in Chinese?
I have several Shaolin books purported to be from Shaolin.

The ones I have seen so far I feel were somewhat misleading. Using the lofty status of the name "Shaolin" as the only proof or credentials needed.

Thanks, GeneChing. The book you say of Meir Shahar, I have got it. I also have the book of Andy James (The espiritual legacy of Shaolin Temple) and other of William Acevedo (brief history of Kung-fu) and many others. In all ways, I'll try to use the search engine.
