More likely he got it from DFW's book.

I think DFW also released the 5 Animal Form on tape, if I remember correctly.

If your'e putting out videos and books of your sets and routines, I wouldn't get surprised when someone copies them and practices them.
I mean, that is the point of putting out videos and books right? To share? I don't think that Mace fella claims lineage. I think he just has a huge ego. lol
