From the little sound I could hear, they sound Korean. And the fighting is clearly staged.

I didn't turn up the sound when I watched it a couple of times but could see that a Korean spin kick was used and some Kuk Sool hand locks. Yeah, staged. I hadn't noticed it on the net so I thought I would post it.

Thanks for posting it though, PalmStriker. I wonder if this was some kind of in-house training video of a potential scenario for some Korean security company. Or a promotional video showcasing the company's services for potential clients?

I was thinking yeah, stunt teams ad for movie companies. It was pretty good.
