Fut Sao Wooden Dummy

I just posted this for public viewing something very rare. late 1960's I belive of the Fut Sao wooden dummy as perform by Sifu Henry Leung early student..Henry Leung owned a restaurant in chinatown NYC and if you look closely the dummy is inside the restaurant..This is how he used to train his students. His students used to work for him at his restaurant and train in the basement after it closed.

Thanks for sharing your linage with us. I appreciate it. Handing it down as you were taught it. This is very important. I know some think all non cage should die out.

Well okay if you meet that young tough strong and trained person and he wants to beat the crap out of you might get killed. Hope you are also young, strong and in shape because he will bust through your technique. He will out muscle you. Thankfully odds are against meeting those guys in day to day life so Id recommend avoiding MMA gyms and you probably will never have to find out if your structure can hold its own against a young trained wrestler.

Most guys that have wrestled can usually spot their own kind at first glance too. So, if he looks like he can tear you apart. He can.
