Anybody got any, and got any good results from them? Because as far as I can see, when you squeeze it, your whole arm tenses. So, is it good for your whole arm? Obviously, theres not too much work there, but there must be a way to maximise the effectiveness of these things.
I ask because theres a few times in my day when I can usually whack a few off  and there is a point you get to where you can't do it anymore, so it must have done something, right??

the very BEST pair of handgrips i ever bought were made by 'DP'(don't laugh)...those things were nearly impossible to close all the way...i only have one left now, I broke the other one from years of use. All the newer ones i've seen are small & aren't that difficult to grip. but they work if you pump out 100 or so at once, nice n' controlled. I think they're worth it if you'll remember to use them.

Captains of Crush grippers.

They are the absolute best. There are 5 levels, trainer, and levels 1-4. Only one person in the entire world has closed number 4. When you close number 3 or 4 you get your name on a plaque in their records.

Oh yeah, they sell them individually, because one is all you need.

btw, the ones you buy at fitness stores that are like $3 suck. You can close them with like 2 fingers.

I've been using my cheapy weider ones for ages, have to do like 100 to get a nice burn in my arms. Helps definition but doesn't help size.

Sharky, I should expect this level of immaturity from you after seeing your post titled "Hm." regarding the woman that lives next door to you. I think everyone who unfortuneatly read that post is a bit more ignorant now for doing so. - Spectre

I've heard good things about the Ivanko SUPERGRIPPER (http://www.fractionalplates.com/equipment/equipment23.html).

Have you heard anything about these, IronFist?

Start with the trainer. I don't care how strong you think your grip is.

But you gotta go here (http://www.ironmind.com) to order because the whole page is done with frames. I just took the top page out of it's frames.

Remember I said when you close one you get your name on a plaque? Here it is. (http://www.ironmind.com/grippers.shtml) Notice Magnus Samuelsson's name is up there for closing number 3. He's the only one I recognize. Only one person has ever closed number 4.

Ironmind COC grippers... by FAR the best.

I had good results with a reverse pyramid, working out.

I have a trainer, a 1 and 2. I can barely close the level 2 with my right.

Order a trainer and a 1 That should do you for quite a bit.

Iron mind's hand grippers are great but they don't work the pinch grip ie, the power of the thumb. That's why finger tip push-ups, grabbing sand bags, standing in a horse and squeeze thumb, index, and middle finger together, and untieing knots are necessary to develope strong hands. Iron Mind also has a cool pinch grip machine.
Here's one-plate curls. Pinch grip a weight plate, rotate forearm until palm faces forward and curl the plate. It's really hard if you keep the plate horizontal to the floor. Curl it anyway you can. Who can do a 25#, 35# or a 45# plate? Can anyone do a 35# or 45# plate.
