This is a basic drill I teach beginners. Its was filmed a long time ago. I just came across the file recently, so the picture and audio quality is poor but you get the picture.This drill develops how to move in a linear fashion,maintaining proper distance and how to defend and attack with the same hand. There are many versions to this simple drill.
