Elaine Ng Yi Lei, who had an affair with movie star Jackie Chan 11 years ago, told Hong Kong's Ming Pao Weekly that their daughter has been asking where her father is.

The ex-Miss Asia 1990 sent shockwaves through the Chinese showbusiness industry when she revealed that she was pregnant with the star's daughter.

She described her daughter, Etta Ng Chok Lam, as being an energetic and mischievous girl who was not shy around adults.

Friends of Etta have told her that her father was Jackie Chan, although the girl herself does not know the truth yet.

Ng says she will tell her daughter what really happened when she feels that the girl is ready.

She said she has never regretted the past incident, describing herself as young and eager to win at that time, although she wouldn't want her daughter to follow in her footsteps.

She has also taught her daughter to be content with what she has, and to stop comparing herself with others.

Just a front?

Other media reports have speculated that her sudden revelations is due to insufficient maintenance fees from Jackie Chan, as well as trying to publicise her upcoming four-day solo art exhibition in Shanghai.

However, Ng made sure in her interviews with the media to quell rumous that she is out to fish for more child support from Jackie Chan.

Ng also revealed that she previously had advertisers approaching her and her daughter to take part in advertisements for up to S$800,000. She had declined, saying that she wanted her daughter to have a normal childhood and not lose her innocence.

The mother-daughter pair made their magazine cover debut over the weekend, their first media appearance in over a decade.

Jackie Chan reportedly gives S$70,000 to the mother-daughter pair monthly. He also gave them S$600,000 when they moved to Shanghai.

"Happiest and luckiest man on Earth"

The Straits Times had previously reported that Jackie Chan was happy his friends and fans were standing by him when the scandal broke.

He claimed to be the happiest and luckiest man on Earth after a show of support from people all over the world, when the media chastised him for refusing to confirm if Elaine Ng's baby was his.

Chan also said that although he was a playboy, he wasn't a cad.

The founder of Hong Kong’s Emperor Entertainment Group spoke on Carina Lau’s nude photo scandal, Jackie Chan’s affair with Elaine Ng and Nicholas Tse’s divorce

Albert Yeung, the founder and chairman of Hong Kong-based entertainment company Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG), recently revealed shocking showbiz insights -- including actress Carina Lau's nude photo scandal, Jackie Chan's extramarital affair with Elaine Ng and Nicholas Tse's divorce with Cecilia Cheung - in a magazine interview.

Ten years ago, Albert owned the now-defunct tabloid Eastweek Magazine, which had published nude photos of actress Carina Lau, supposedly taken during the time she was kidnapped and tortured.
The businessman was later forced to make a public apology and close the magazine.

"I didn't know the photos were published. I felt wronged; as a boss, how was I to know what [photos] was going to be used on the magazine's cover?" Albert said.

He expressed that the magazine's editor had obtained the go-ahead from their legal consultants before deciding to publish the photos. In Albert's opinion, the incident was "merely morally wrong", and added that he is still friends with Carina. Albert claimed that Carina did not blame him for the incident.

Albert, who is also friends with kungfu superstar Jackie Chan, let on that the actor had confided in him when former lover Elaine Ng wanted to expose the truth regarding her daughter Etta Ng.

"I offered to be the mediator, that I was going to give Elaine a sum of money, in exchange for her silence," he said.

While Jackie did not object to Albert's suggestion initially, he later decided to let Elaine tell all. The superstar chose not to comment on her expose as he did not want to be threatened by the former actress in the long run.

Albert then commented on rumours that he had provided for Elaine's living expenses until recently.

"No, I never did. Jackie never wanted to do that, so I'll never act on my own."

The businessman also gave some insights into Nicholas Tse's divorce with ex-wife Cecilia Cheung.

Albert, who had known actor Patrick Tse and ex-wife Deborah Li for more than a decade, had seen Nicholas grow up and treated him like his own son.

"Nicholas used to be so full of himself; he didn't care much about the feelings of others. I had to give in to him, even though I'm the boss. I loved and pampered him," Albert said, adding that the actor is a lot more matured now, and is not as willful as he used to be.

On Nicholas' divorce with ex-wife Cecilia Cheung last year, Albert pointed out that Nicholas did not badmouth Cecilia, and allowed her and the public to think as they wished, adding that "he didn't even say anything about her and Edison".

Rumors are running wild in Hong Kong that Etta Ng, the estranged daughter of Jackie Chan, may have attempted to commit suicide after she checked herself into the hospital following a tumultuous few weeks of family drama.
Etta left Hong Kong on Friday for a Thailand getaway with her mother's friends after her mother, former beauty queen Elaine Ng, was arrested for the second time. However, she decided to cut the trip short, secretly returning to Hong Kong two days later and checking into a hospital soon after landing.
Yesterday, Ng rushed to the hospital to see her 17-year-old daughter. When asked by Oriental Daily if Etta had tried to kill herself, Ng did not reply, only sighing and saying "I'm really sorry."
Posts that Etta has made on her social media accounts in the past have raised concerns about the teen's mental health. According to Asia One, before leaving for her Thailand trip, Etta wrote on Facebook: "Leaving HK for a bit tomorrow. I'm still alive, for those who are wondering." Additionally, last year she shared a number of articles about depression and suicide on social media, Ming Pao reports.

Last month, Ng was detained after allegedly fighting with some of Etta's friends. Ng later said that the dispute started when she found a packet of sedatives in her daughter's room.
Ng was first arrested last year after her daughter accused her of child abuse. Later, Etta explained that she had reported her mother because she was worried about her drinking problem.

Etta was born in 1999. She was raised in Shanghai before moving to Hong Kong with her mother in 2011. She has never had a relationship with her father, calling him "just a stranger," in a 2015 interview.
For his part, Chan admitted that his affair with Ng had been a mistake, saying that he had "only committed a fault that many men in the world commit." Ng decided to raise Etta on her own, and Chan has said that he doesn't plan to leave anything in his will to his daughter.
Chan married Taiwanese actress Joan Lin back in 1982. The couple have one son, Jaycee Chan, who infamously was arrested in 2014 when police raided his Beijing apartment, seizing more than 100 grams of marijuana. He was later sentenced to six months of jail time.

HONG KONG - Movie producer Tiffany Chen has spoken up for actor Jackie Chan, saying her friend is a man of affection who has cried over his love child, Etta Ng, many times.

Chen spoke to reporters at a charity dinner last Saturday, two days after beauty queen Elaine Ng and lawyer Mary Jean Reimer said at a press conference that Ng had not received a cent from her daughter's father, Chan.

Chen said it was Ng who put her former lover Chan and his wife Lin Feng-jiao in a dilemma, reported Ming Pao Daily News. "Someone was determined to give birth. Etta is the most innocent, most pitiful one because she had no choice. Her mummy had a choice."

She said she did not know about Ng's financial difficulties, but added: "When Etta is big enough, 21, I believe Jackie Chan will give Etta money, but not her mummy."

She said Chan's and Lin's hands were tied. Even if Lin means to help her husband's child, she cannot because Etta is another woman's child, Chen said.

Someone on Ng's side, who has since died, blackmailed Chan, and the actor "embraced us and cried", Chen said.

Last Thursday, Ms Reimer said Chan rebuffed her request for help for Ng, who was jobless in 2015.

Chen said Ng's actions made Chan give up on her. Asked about Chen's comments, Ng told Oriental Daily News: "I dare not answer."

While Jackie Chan may be an incredibly successful actor, singer, and Kpop manager with devoted fans all over the globe, he may not be quite so beloved in his own home.
In a recently re-surfaced interview from 2015, Chan spoke frankly about his relationship with Taiwanese actress Joan Lin, his wife of 35 years, and how he had only decided to marry her after she became pregnant with their son Jaycee.

"It was an accident which conceived Jaycee. I had never thought of getting married, but I felt it was akin to being forced to get married," Chan admitted, according to Asia One.

HONG KONG - The domestic storm has blown over, and former beauty queen Elaine Ng and her daughter Etta have been out and about.

After about two months in hospital, Etta, the love child of actor Jackie Chan, was discharged and went home to her mother recently, after receiving approval from doctors and social workers, said Oriental Daily News.

In March, Ng, 44, and Etta, 17, had a dispute that led to the daughter reporting the mother to the police and Ng was arrested on suspicion of criminal intimidation.

In April, the teen was hospitalised for emotional instability in Hong Kong, cutting short a Thailand getaway her mother had arranged for her. Ng has evaded reporters' questions about rumours that her daughter had hurt herself.

On Friday (June 2), Etta seemed well, though thinner, as she and her mother shopped and ran errands in Happy Valley and Central, said the report.

Asked about her relationship with her daughter, Ng answered: "Dealing with it."

Etta removed her earphones when a reporter greeted her and asked her if she had been angry at her mother. "No, never," the teen said, before adding that she was in good health.

When she realised she was being photographed, she pulled down her sleeves, but not before the reporter saw nearly 20 scars across her left forearm.

She was born after Ng had an affair with Chan, who was and is still married to former actress Lin Feng-jiao.

In an interview afterwards on Friday, Ng said she was happy to know that Etta was not angry with her. "Social workers have reminded me to call a timeout, that is, if there's conflict between mother and daughter, we'll walk away and leave ourselves space to calm down," she said.

She admitted she was learning to be a better mother, and added: "We've picked a horror movie that we will go home to see. We're communicating and getting along."

In her post on Thursday, 17-year-old Etta Ng, poses in front of a rainbow-colored background. The photo is captioned with a rainbow sticker and the tags: #lgbtqai #lgbt #lesbian #androgynous.

The majority of comments underneath Etta's posts are supportive with "Love is love" being the top choice. One commenter does write "You are an embarrassment to your father," but was clapped back by another commenter who responded: "You're an embarrassment to humanity."
Etta is currently reported to be living in Hong Kong in a rented flat with her girlfriend, Andi Autumn, a 30-year-old Canadian social media star with nearly 100,000 followers on Instagram, where she posts mostly pink pictures.

Etta Ng throws doubts on a reported burglary story after telling reporters that she let her mother know that she would be stopping by her flat at Happy Valley to collect some of her personal belongings.
Yesterday we reported that the home of Jackie Chan’s former lover had been burgled. It turns out the story could be a bit more complicated.

Elaine Ng, the mother of Chan’s 17-year-old daughter Etta Ng, reported to police on Sunday evening that her home in Happy Valley had been burgled. Up to HK$170,000 worth of items were missing, including clothes, two rings worth up to HK$70,000, and guitars worth up to HK$100,000.

However, police found no evidence of forced entry, so naturally, suspicion fell on the daughter.

The relationship between the mother and daughter is known to be fraught with tension. In 2015, the elder Ng was arrested and later released by police following allegations of child cruelty.

Both mother and daughter lived together in the flat in Happy Valley until the younger Ng came out as a lesbian last month. The teenager also dropped out of school and moved out of the family home to live in North Point with her girlfriend, the Canadian model Andi.

She told journalists that she contacted her mother letting her know that she was going to stop by her home to collect some of her own personal belongings, including her clothes.

“She said ok, so I went to her place and she wasn’t there. I told her that I was going to go on a trip for a few days so I needed to get some clothes.

“So I went inside, because I have a key to the place, she gave it to me. She hasn’t changed the locks or locked the doors, so I though that was ok, so I went in to get some of my clothes and my guitar, because I love playing the guitar.”

She added: “I told her if there’s anything you want back, I’ll give it to you, no problem.”

The younger Ng said she had no idea that her mother would call the police, and only found out about it when she received a call from officers yesterday.

She also said that in one of her messages, she asked her mother when she would be back home because she wanted to have a chat.

Reporters also went to pay the elder Ng a visit, but she was staying mum on the whole saga, telling journalists “the matter is being handled by social workers,” and that she had to wait for police to check CCTV footage outside her home first before she could comment.

Etta could cash in as a reality TV star here in the states.

Jackie Chan's ex-mistress, Elaine Ng accused her daughter Etta of stealing $35,000 worth of items from their Hong Kong home, including clothes, jewellery, and a guitar.

Upon returning home, Elaine discovered that the items were missing and called the police, who concluded that it could have been an 'inside job' as there were no sights of forced entry, reports Shin Min Daily News.

On Oct 30, reporters approached Etta and her girlfriend, social media influencer Andi Autumn, for a statement on the incident.

Etta chose to remain silent on the issue at first, but had a change of heart moments later, telling reporters that she had told her mother that she would be taking some clothes from the house.

However, Elaine was not home at the time.

Etta then entered the house and retrieved the items.

As she did not have a guitar, she took her mother's.

Etta also added that she was puzzled why her mother had called the police. She insisted that she only took some clothes and a guitar.

Jackie Chan’s estranged daughter and her partner claim they’ve been homeless and sleeping under a bridge “due to ****phobic parents.”

Etta Ng, 18, and her girlfriend Andi Autumn posted a short video to YouTube last week claiming that they’ve run out of options because their friends and family have refused to offer them support.

“We’ve been homeless for a month due to ****phobic parents. We pretty much slept under a bridge, and other things,” Ng said.

“We’ve gone to the police, we’ve gone to the hospitals, the food banks, the LGBTQ community shelters and all of them just don’t give a s—,” she continued.

Autumn added, “We will have to be split up if we go to any kind of government facility.”

“We don’t know what to do at this point,” Ng continued. “We just want to let people know what’s going on because at this point it seems ridiculous that no one can help. I don’t understand.”

Ng is Chan’s daughter with former beauty queen Elaine Ng, with whom the actor had a relationship with while married to his current wife Joan Lin. The actor, who made $49 million last year according to Forbes, has not spoken publicly about his daughter but has acknowledged he had an affair.

Speaking to the website Coconuts, Elaine denounced her daughter’s claims, saying she needs to find a job.

“I feel that if they have no money, they should go find work,” she said. “They shouldn’t film a clip telling others they are broke and who Etta’s father is. People all over the world work hard and don’t rely on someone else’s fame to get money.”

Ng previously told the Express that the actor, 64, has “never existed in my life. I will never regard him as a father.”

“I would not say that he is my dad. I would say, ‘Oh, Jackie Chan, an actor,'” she said.

Ng went public with her sexuality and introduced the world to Autumn in a series of touching emotional Instagram posts last October.

Sharing a photo of herself silhouetted against a rainbow back ground on Instagram, she wrote in the caption, “🌈 #lgbtqai #lgbt #lesbian#androgynous.”

The teenager’s partner, Canadian social media influencer Autumn, then took to Instagram to confirm they were dating.

The couple quickly received a lot of support from fans and commenters, which blew Ng away.

“I am in awe at the amount of support and love poured my way,” Ng wrote in the caption. “I am speechless at how followers went to my Girlfriend @andiautumn and my account to show us both so much positivity.

“People all over the world have been rooting us on as Hong Kong media continues to mock,” she continued. “I’ve grown up in a world of negativity and close mindedness but I am at that point where I realise that I can use my experience to tell my truths and help others just like me.”

Autumn shared with fans just what her girlfriend means to her.

“I’ve never met anyone like @stolenmilktea,” she wrote in the caption. “She has given me a chance to fully express the running thoughts in my head.

“We’ve been pushed down again and again but its worth it knowing we will get through it together, side by side,” Autumn continued. “We are living in such an international city and yet so many people have their minds closed off.

“But, none of it matters when I know every morning your going to be next to me,” she added. “I love you . 💟.”

A request for comment from Chan’s rep was not immediately returned.

Jackie Chan's illegitimate daughter, Etta Ng Chok Lam, may have already tied the knot with her Canadian girlfriend 12 years her senior, according to reports.

Etta, 19, disclosed on her social network on April 29 that she was engaged to Andy Autumn. The couple may have married, because ****sexual marriage is permitted in Canada.

Ng quit school and headed to Canada with Autumn in November 2017, after conflicts with her mother Elaine Ng. Ng is an actress in Hong Kong, who was involved in an extramarital relationship with Chan.

However, Ng was found collecting junk at a dumping ground in Toronto, and some even saw her and Autumn begging at a supermarket.

Ng revealed on YouTube in April that the pair has been homeless because they were ostracized by family and the others.

But it was reported that Ng contacted her father and was given financial aid ― recently, she and Autumn established a media company named "UCHU hause," of which they are joint CEOs.

Chan, one of Hong Kong's best-known actors and martial artists, admitted in his autobiography in 2015 that he had an illegitimate daughter.

(CNN)Jackie Chan's estranged daughter, Etta Ng, is now married to Canadian social media influencer Andi Autumn.
Nineteen-year-old Ng posted a photo of the pair wearing white on Instagram, along with the caption "Love always wins. Always..."
"Back to Hong Kong as wife & wife," reads the caption for an image on Autumn's account.
"With this love, comes unbelievable strength and confidence to ignore our own pain, shut down our ego, and know exactly who we are and what we want," it continued.

Ng is the daughter of movie star Chan and former beauty queen Elaine Ng, who had an affair in the late 1990s. Chan has been married to Taiwanese actress Joan Lin since 1982.
In May, the pair posted a video to YouTube in which they discussed being homeless in Canada, blaming "****phobic parents."
"We pretty much slept under a bridge and other things," said Ng. "We've been to the police, hospitals, food banks and LGBTQ community shelters, and all of them just don't give a s**t."
CNN has attempted to contact both Chan and Elaine Ng for comment on the allegations.
Things now appear to be looking brighter for the newlyweds.
The pair were married in Toronto but have since returned to Hong Kong, where same-sex marriage is not currently legal.
In July, the government announced that it would recognize overseas same-sex partnerships when assessing visa applications.
LGBT rights are subject to heated debate in Asia, and discrimination against the LGBT community is deepening in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
In mainland China, where ****sexuality is legal but prejudice and discrimination against LGBT people are widespread, an author of same-sex erotic fiction was sent to jail for 10 years in November.
Then, on November 25, Taiwanese voters rejected same-sex marriage in a referendum, dealing a blow to the LGBT community and allies who hoped the island would become the first place in Asia to allow same-sex unions.

Since returning back to Hong Kong, the newly-wedded daughter of Jackie Chan continues to generate headlines over her relationship with her famous father and her apparent lack of funds.

Etta Ng and her wife Andi Autumn are reported to have been recently kicked out of a hostel in Mong Kok after racking up an HK$2,250 ($287) bill for a five-night stay that they could not pay. The hostel owner said that she was not aware of Ng’s identity, only that the two were “models.” She said that Ng had given her HK$20 ($2.56), claiming that was all the money they had.

The hostel owner remembered that the pair had only left the hostel each day at around 4 pm or 5 pm for food. After they were kicked out, she found the room they stayed in littered with boxes of food and trash.

Afterward, the pair went to Ng’s mom, Ella Ng, a former Hong Kong beauty queen who had an infamous affair with Jackie Chan back in 1999. She then drove the couple to the bank to take out some money.

Last month, Etta Ng, 19, married her girlfriend, Andi Autumn, a 31-year-old Canadian Instagram model and personality, in Canada. In their announcement, the two also revealed that they were moving back to Ng’s home city of Hong Kong with Ng writing that: “Home is where love is… A home is with the family that you can choose and with that we are never alone. Love is undoubtedly stronger than blood.”

Back in April, while in North America, the couple had also made headlines for their lack of money, posting a video onto YouTube claiming that they had become “homeless” because of their “****phobic parents.”

At the time, Ng’s mom had shown little sympathy for her daughter’s purported plight, criticizing Etta for having name-dropped her dad, who has never been a part of her life.

“I feel that if they have no money, they should go find work,” Elaine told Hong Kong’s Oriental Daily, according to translation from Coconuts. “They shouldn’t film a clip telling others they are broke and who Etta’s father is. People all over the world work hard and don’t rely on someone else’s fame to get money.”

In a recent interview with Apple Daily, Etta Ng said that she doesn’t want anything from her father and isn’t bothered by the fact that he has said that she won’t be in his will, describing him as someone who she has never met.

“I don’t think of him as a bad or as a good person, because I really don’t know him,” she said. “If I don’t really know someone, then I can’t judge them. When I was young I would have said some impulsive things, but now I’m a bit more level-headed.”

In the interview, Ng also spoke of her childhood, saying that she was bullied because other kids belived her rich and that she had realized she was a lesbian when she 12 years old because she had no interest in talking about boys with her friends. After struggling with hiding her sexuality, she came out as gay last October.

Ng also said that she plans to adopt children and start a family with Andi Autumn while also founding a creative agency in Hong and making a name for herself. “My last name has never been Chan,” she declared.

Indeed, it appears unlikely that a father-daughter reunion will happen any time soon. In his recently-released tell-all memoir Never Grow Up, Chan admits to having an affair but does not mention the names of either Elaine or Etta.

The never-ending mother-daughter drama between Hong Kong actress Elaine Ng and her estranged daughter Etta has bubbled over once again.

In the latest incident which happened on Wednesday evening (March 27), Elaine allegedly called the police after being unable to contact Etta.

Etta told Hong Kong media that firefighters went knocking on doors in her apartment block at about 11pm, asking if anyone had heard a commotion.

She found out afterwards that it was her mum who had alerted the police.

The 20-year-old said: "I'm so embarrassed. To trouble the police and firemen over such a small matter, not to mention disturbing the neighbours and landlord, I'm really sorry."

Etta is the lovechild of the 46-year-old former beauty queen and Hong Kong action star Jackie Chan, 65.

The relationship between mother and daughter has been tumultuous at best, with both sides frequently airing their disagreements openly and sharing them with the media.

Etta came out as a lesbian in 2017 and got married to internet personality Andi Autumn last year, but revealed that Elaine is still unwilling to accept Andi.

Etta also admitted she had not contacted her mother for two weeks before the most recent bust-up, citing the need for personal space.

However, she has maintained contact with her mum's good friends and claimed to have spoken to an "auntie" just a few hours before the incident.

Upon confronting her mother, Elaine allegedly denied any knowledge of the situation. "I think my mother needs to see a doctor," said Etta.

Etta added that after this incident, she'll reply all her mother's texts in future to avoid agitating her.

HONG KONG • It looks unlikely that Elaine Ng will have a Mother's Day meal with Etta Ng, her daughter with gongfu king Jackie Chan.

In a long-running saga of disputes with the 19-year-old, former beauty queen Elaine, 45, posted over the weekend that she is totally disappointed with Etta.

She went as far as saying that "I've never given birth to this child" and that "this daughter is not mine".

But showing that she could not entirely discard her maternal instincts, Elaine wrote that even if Etta chooses to do things her way, she must remember not to "do bad things", but engage in activities that bring "happiness".

Etta, who married Internet personality Andi Autumn, 31, last year, recently called her mother out for over-reacting after Elaine alerted the authorities that she could not contact her daughter.

Etta was embarrassed when the authorities sent a team to her apartment block, a move that got the neighbours gossiping about her well-being.

Portal hk01 cited Etta as saying that as Elaine has still not accepted Autumn, "we have not been in contact".

Etta thinks that her mum should seek medical help and calm down emotionally so that both sides can try to reconcile.

But some observers say it is understandable why Elaine has often lost patience with Etta, who has made headlines regularly over her lifestyle choices.

Last year, the owner of a hostel in Mong Kok called the police when Etta could not settle the bill.

The owner told Apple Daily that Etta and Autumn - who relocated to Hong Kong after they married in Canada - woke up late every day and that they left their room in a mess.

The couple later went to Elaine's home to seek help, a turnaround as Etta did not like her mother to control her life.

Etta, showing how she would rather suffer than give up her independence, said in a YouTube video last year that she and Autumn "pretty much slept under a bridge and other things".

Elaine shot back then that her daughter should find work and not depend on others' generosity.

But Etta told Apple Daily that she would not contact Chan for help.

The actor, 65, who is married to former Taiwanese actress Lin Feng-jiao, does not mention Etta in his recent autobiography, Never Grow Up, though he acknowledges his affair with Elaine that made the headlines in 1999.
