Yi Quan seminars

Master Yao Chengguang is presently staying in Italy for about a month. If
you want to know more about his seminars in Italy, please mail me:
yiquan@yiquan.com.pl and I will put you in contact with the organizers of
those seminars in Italy.

2nd-10th February (9 days) there will be an intensive seminar conducted by
myself in mountains in southern part of Poland. Two groups (beginners and
those who already took part in beginners seminar). Zhan zhuang (standing
post), Shi li (testing internal strength), fa li (issuing internal
strength - known as fa jin in other internal arts), and tui shou (pushing
hands). The total cost for 9 days (study fee, hotel, food) shouldn't exeed

In summer there will be 2 intensive seminars in Poland on Baltic seaside. The full cost below 250 US$ (classes, hotel, food).
