After the positive feedback received from Josh (Ren Da Hai) Shaolin tutorial, we have no released a tutorial for the Taiji Mantis form Shuai Lu. The video is the same basic format as the first one: intro to the history of the form, teach the movements of the solo form, explain the applications, with some bonus sparring footage of some moves in action.
