Your Name (trailer)

I watched this movie and have to say it is phenomenal. One of the most beautifully-made movies, period; animated or not. TBH, the trailer really doesn't do the film justice; it makes the movie's plot appear more simplistic and straightforward than it actually is. This isn't much of a review if at all, but I don't want to spoil it, either. This is the type of movie (live-action or animated) that Hollywood wishes it could make but cannot. IMO, this (and several of the other recent Toho anime films) have surpassed the work of Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli. I rate it 5/5.

As always, subbed is the way to go (IMHO).

This music video gives a better impression of the scope of 'Your Name' than the trailer does. it is certainly NOT just some Japanese anime version of 'Freaky Friday'. It's a great fantasy film with elements of string theory. I watched the movie a second time and noticed some things that didn't register the first time.
