Extreme temperatures can alter the composition of medicines. Sunlight can hurt the effectiveness of liniments. Rain is probably not the best thing for herbal meds, either. I know that UPS trucks do not have air conditioning in them. So how can you be sure that the jows, poultices, pills, wines, etc. are protected from the weather? I can think of two precautions that could help: 1. Order them overnight delivery, and make sure that either you or someone whom you can trust is at your house to receive them. 2. I have read that some companies offer weather-resistant packaging, so by all means request it. Any other advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
