Looking for feedback and what this community think A of my taijiquan. I have been practicing for 14 years and teaching about 4. I have been in a couple tournaments, plan on doing some more. I arrange quarterly meetups across Texas for push habds, da shou and sparring. I am also going to be uploading videos on principles and basics soon. Opinions and feedback always welcome.

Lol ok I guess no comments or feedback. Do we have any Texas practitioners in here? We have a push hands and light sparring meetup in El Paso 6/30, Austin in July and San Antonio 8/24

To even learn the 108 seems quite an accomplishment.

You said somewhere the arms should be a fist width away from your body, sort of thing. It feels as though you do a lot f techniques with high elbows. That should lose you power from the mechanics of a lowered elbow. And I wonder about you strengthening, but storing tension by holding yourself like that chest rounded? But elbows out?

And out of five or more different people-I don't see it, are you being taught the add shoulder height elbow as part of or just before White Crane Spreads Its Wings? Because That seems not the standard.

Not everyone uses a shoulder high elbow (neck) chop over the up palm. Usually it's a palm forward.
