The Shaolin fellow and his ilk always refuse to use what is useful, or, are incapable of telling/gauging what is useful. I would say that sanshou would be the best training regimen for those attempting to make the switch from what is called traditional to a MMA or similar format. It is a better strategy that shauijao basics be the best equalizer for these type of MMA events.
