cant find english versions of episodes, but there is an entire season on this site. they are at Songshan Shaolin, and the training/application/art they show in the cartoon is pretty true to form, (the complete Da Luohan is in this episode around 4:10) , first time Ive seen a cartoon like this.

No. Does not look like it was rotoscoped, so some animators most likely know the form. Wonder if that is a form that is known by many people...
