Greetings,

The following link is to an excellent sharing by Sifu Ted Mancuso on Bagua Zhang. What is so wonderful about this sharing is that he is not regurgitating anything. What he shares comes from insights gained from serious practice. I enjoy how his scope widens and narrows; in doing so, providing a healthy narrative that is beneficial to both Bagua Zhang practitioners and to those ranging from those who have a slight interest in the art to those whose discipline can benefit from a different way of perceiving their own practice. What Sifu Mancuso has shared is simply tops. It is something I would expect to see in a high quality martial arts journal. Check it out:

Sifu Mancuso, thank you for the share!

EDIT: What Sifu Mancuso has shared may become a corner stone for Bagua Zhang study and practice for the rest of this century and beyond.
