tell her lazy arse to just open the **** phone book, and then just visit a school or two. - sheesh!

then again, maybe she'd just be better off buying some tae bo tapes. - sure it'll only be a few days before they're just collecting dust, but at least she won't be wasting someones precious time. - and billy blanks needs more cash, so he can buy a little dude ranch in colorado, so his kids can ride horses.

She's very dedicated you know...I offered her to ask the advices of knowledgeable peeps here, she didn't ask me out of laziness...
Anyway, it didn't really help me, Ma Fu, dang where are your legendary insights?? ;)

Hello Crimson Phoenix,

I don't know anything about hung gar but there are a couple of schools she could try out. I will try and find a link and post it later, no promises though.

Anyhow as to Wing Chun here is my Sifus site and below that is a link which lists a fair number of schools in NY.

I am usually there on Tuesday nights with Sifu Chow. There is also a Fut Sau Wing Chun school, or a couple and here are some links for them as well;

Hope this helps.

Peace,

Dave

Sifu Miguel Hernandez teaches Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He is a direct and long-time student of Moy Yat, and teaches his art in a small, friendly, non-commercial school. His school is above his store on Fifth Avenue.

Good luck!!
