I found this on the VTAA board. Thought it was funny.
Defintely and when you do weights while you perform the first form it is really tricky and you have to concentrate real hard on those wrist turns, etc. so it increases power of concentrations as well. A friend of mine also swears by practicing the first form on a running machine to combine practice and fitness. Also music is a great motivator for the Sil Tao Tum.
I prefer to do the form while parachuting or hang gliding, myself.:p
