Looking for good exercises for hand hardening

I´ve done a lot of palm&fist hardening in the past,well now it´s winter where I live and it´s hard to go for the trees right now.
All the answers and help would be welcome.

Try the iron palm tape from Wing Lam it's good and can be done indoors with little equipment except for an iron palm bag.

I use a bag of hard beans hung up against a brick wall. Crush them to dust, replace, repeat.
