**** right man - It's winter here 9 months of the god****ed year. :)

As for the routine thing - I'll try it. 30 mins a day, EVERYDAY at 4.00 for 30 days. If it's not a habit by then - On Your Head Be It - "Bwaaahhaaaa!" Sorry.

Y'know guys, sometimes I really amaze myself with my utter dumbf*ckness! It really is f*cking amazing how stupid I can be. Man I'm a dumb son of a b*tch.
