I just read a great article about Plum Blossom Praying Mantis by Ilya Profatilov. It is called "The traditional history of Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Boxing" and appears in the Journal of Asian Martial Arts VOLUME 10 ~ NUMBER 4 ~ 2001.
