My first daughter is 5 years old now and can do 250 side to sides non-stop with her rear end literally dragging on the ground.
(Boy I really hate her for that.....). She actually likes doing the Lion Dancing more than anything else.

If you make martial training more a game in the beginning they will like it and will adapt to it better. My daughter goes to class quite often. Sometimes she participates-somestimes she doesn't. But the point is ...she is there. As she grows older maybe she will take it more serious....we will see. Again thanks for the support.
