Anythoughts on whats wrong with it? I may have hyperextended it, but i'm not sure.

Could it be Tennis Elbow? how do i get rid of this?

Been there Jeff. Take it easy on the elbow, and give it a whole bunch of time to heal.

You could go to a quality Chiropractor to set your elbow so it will heal correctly, faster and you can get back to training sooner. They will probably give you some exercises to do as well. You won't be able to jump right in, but you'll heal faster and get back to the action sooner.

Or you could try TCM, Qi Gong, etc. Both or all of these can help your recovery time.

How did you hurt yourself (or did someone help you...darn those friends?

Just some thoughts to help you out.

Yeah i hurt it shadow boxing, probably chain punching (those d a m n shadows) :)

It never really hurt that bad, and it's almost better, i've been out of training for 7 days, grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! I'm gonna go back to training tomorrow, but i will take it slower for a while.

I was just wondering what I did to it. And if it happens again, i know what could be wrong :)
