that's it? I can kill 2 larges by myself. I only do it when people ask me too though... kind of like a freak show type thing. I can't take all the extra fat on a regular basis, I wouldn't be able to train at all...

like a hawk. That's why I only do it by request. I'm training right now actually. I'm lifting weights and doing bodyweight exercises, so between sets I check to see what's going on here. I'm getting ready to go outside and do forms and moving stancework though. When I come back in, it'll be static stances, shadowboxing, solo arm boxing and finally qigong.

Yeah...I am varsity.

I have only won 3 though.

I dont know out of how many but I know I got pinned a few times.

Next year it wont be so easy for people to pin me.


I am down to 130,I probably weigh 135 due to all the water and pizza and other foods...

I am going to lowel near boston for a three day competition this week end with the varsity.

Coach told me it is very harsh and harder then states...
I plan on getting my ass kicked but learning alot!:D

an ass kicking is always good as long as you learn from it. I like getting whooped by people better than me. If you do it consistently, you'll be surprised at how good you are against the people that used to be on the same level as you, and the people that used to be way better than you.

We censor f@rt, d0rk and pr1ck, but not ass? WTF?

I just got in from practicing my forms. Today was the first time I have pracitced my sword form in public, outside of at my school. My training spot is at the center of my apartment complex, near the center of the lake, by the leasing office. I have to walk to get there.... Ever seen the look on people's faces when they see a big azz black dude walking with a sword in his hand? it's freakin hilarious! You'd think I was strapped with a bomb or something.

Yeah since im at my parents house all i can do is forms and a few techniques...

I had just lost like 8 pounds... i gotta watch out or will gain it all again real quick.

no doubt, holidays will do that to you. Just be careful with the sweets - Don't eat too much of that cake or that sweet potato pie. Load up on the veggies they have, and if the meat they cook has visible fat, trim it off. Congrats on the weight loss man. Keep up the good work.

D@mn holidays, I have this weakness for deviled eggs and pumpkin pie. I gain much weight I think I was around 207 last time I weighed myself just after thanksgiving. But I'm not fat of alot of mucle so I just don't get where the weight is, oh well

ya, I'm hoping to put on some fat this christmas too. But my moms like a crazy marathon runnung vegitarian. So I dont think that fat will last for to long after the holidays...

Have you ever had gravy once its become hard? its like gravy jello, its so good

IT'S MY WIFES FAULT!!! She made me eat the shrimp parmagen and chicken parmagen and the 3 meatballs last night.! Tonight she made me eat a bunch of ham and key lime cheesecake. I shudder to think what she'll make me eat tomorrow!:eek:

i can't slack at all. january 10th i finish the snake turns over program
and i'm not about to give up 6 mos of time and sweat and pain for a holiday.
good kung fu comes from training your hardest, no matter what.
i want good kung fu.
i also want pounds and pounds of turkey, sweet potato pie, christmas cookies,
hot chocolate, mashed potatoes, gravy, ham, chicken, pizza, lasagna, beef stew....mmmm.
i'm drooling like pavlovs dog. i'm gonna go eat now.

neptunesfall, what constitues "finishing" it?

If you start with 10, then you will get to 100 on day 90. Is 100 days "finishing?" That's not 6 months o.O Or is 6 months every day "finishing?" Do you have to keep doing it after you finish, or is it like an iron body thing where you can drastically reduce the quantity but still get the same effect? (ie. once or twice a week instead of every day, with no decline in skill)?

I just finished day 1 of it, after my normal weight workout. Now I'm off to mash the Captains of Crush grippers. Yeah!!!!!!!!

in a way im slacking, in a way Im not. Im doint hindu squats like theres no tomorrow, trying to force my reps up, but im only getting to the gym once a week , and this week ill miss completely . I work in a casino, and this is the busiest time of year for us.

But, as long as im moving forward, even slowly, its good.

I believe that most of my real development comes solo training. I go to class to learn new techniques, get form corrections, spar, etc. When it comes to pure hard training, and also personalizing my style, I do that alone.

i'll slack off a little, but will still do all the important stuff. i read a while back that 1 day of training is like 1 step forward, and 1 day of rest is like 10 steps backward.

the way i was taught, snake turns over takes 200 days, with 100 days at 100 reps.
after my 100th day of 100 reps, i'm moving on to bigger and better things.

snake turns over is a dynamic tension exercise, done in a static horse stance.
at it's peak stage, it takes about 30 - 35 min. it targets the hands arms shoulders and back.
like any tension set, it's only as effective as you make it.
i also suppliment this with 2 more dynamic tension sets of 100 reps that target forearms and hands, respectively.
i've also found that most of my learning comes from solo practice.

I've also read that iron palm must be done at EXACTLY the same time, to the second, every day and if you're off by even one second you must start over, but that's not true either :)

Besides, how the hell would ancient Kung Fu guys tell time to the second 2000 years ago? Oh yeah, with their digital watches, my bad :)

as of today i have missed 3 days training.

i suck.

back to training tomorrow though . . . my christmas present to myself.

two of my kf buddies were upstairs and we were supposed to go down and train tonight, but one of them ended up getting stoned while i was eating and the other was still trying to recover from our christmas party last night. i was about to head down on my own and i got suckered into teaching the one to play magic.

i don't have to worry about what i eat, but i can occasionally put on a little fat around my lower abs .. . you guys can guess where those calories come from. it always looks funny to have a 4 pack and love handles.

Man, I lost two and a half weeks of training to a lung infection. no - qigong, no real training. Just reviewing notes and thinking about it.

I know what I want for Christmas!

Actually I'm spending almost all day today training so I can have my mojo back.

In the last 3 weeks I've done almost squat! I haven't been to the gym in two weeks and done almost no organized training in two weeks. I think I'm spending too much time with my girlfriend. In the meantime, I've lost 7 of the 20lbs. I gained(****) but I did do some tai chi and will be going to the ranch for like 8 days where I'll have no distractions so I can train 24-7. SWEET!

Fortunately, I have no choice but to practice. My teacher will be out of town for a couple weeks, and so I've got to run class three times a week until then, and use the other days to make sure I keep strong.

Also, I've been sparring a couple kickers lately, and I'm shaping my anti-kicker tactics. Fun Fun Fun!:D

The only thing I'll be doing besides burping and ****ing will be scratching my @ss till Jan. 2

The retail environment during the X-mas season can be a workout in itself. Can't wait for it to be over!
