Has anyone here learnt the vietnamese wingchun?
They have more then 3 forms something like 9. it has animal forms too!
can anyone explain why?

vietnamese martial arts are usually taken from other martial art system and we just rename it.

Here's another Vietnamese WC site. They state here that there are 9 forms, including a dummy form, animal forms and breathing forms.

Check the main page too. http://www.vietanhmon.org/ It seems like there are a bunch of chinese arts, that the vietnamese adopted into their culture and changed a little. We have American Karate, I guess they have Vietnamese kung fu.

The Vietnemese were also excellent in old school TKD.
Another style is Vovinam.
