Just got this book, spur of the moment, and a bunch of moves from the more advanced forms I know are in it. I'm quite happy.

Anyone familiar with this book or the author(he's a pa kua stylist)? What are your thoughts?

It's a great book when you're dealing with the very basics, and details of Chin Na. If you don't have mucj experience, then this book will definitely help. There are plenty of basic techniques in there that you can practice in order to get better overall with your Chin Na, and it has really helped me out.

It doesn't compare with learning from someone in person, but it's a great suppliment, or at least a great little reference guide. The video series for it is helpful as well.
