Whats the difference between eating healthy and eating not so healthy but taking alot of vitamins?? Is taking alot of vitamins just as good as eating healthy??

No.

Eating healthy means a few different things.

Eating what your body requires.

Eating what could improve your health.

Cutting out much of what you eat which could harm your body.

I could go on but not eating healthy and taking vitamins will still not eliminate much of the poor or empty calories that you are taking in.

Eating healthy also means eating the right amount of fats, sugars, protein, cholesterol, amino acids, fiber....many other factors than just vitamins.
