The Che Kuen form from the book is a shortened one. The original is a bit different. Sifu began teaching this form at the Hong Kong University. The noises are consistent with all of our forms.

Gwa Choy (Hanging Punch) - Ha
Fu Jow (Tiger Claw) - Wah
Chop Choy/Chueng Ahn Choy - Sik sometimes Yik as well
Tek Girk (Kick) - Dik

Horses (not all relate to Che Kuen):

Sei Ping Ma - 4 level horse (traditional horse stance)
Gong Ma - Bow & arrow stance
Dew Ma - Cat stance
Loc Kwai Ma - Knee down horse
Dan Tai Ma - Single leg stance
Buy Ma - Step twist horse
Lau Ma - Twist horse
Kow Ma - Step back or step over twist horse
Kei Lun Ma - Double kow ma's (combination of crossing over steps)

Peace.
