Um, does anyone know what exercise (with weights if possible) develops pectorals?

Anyone?

You can do dumbel flies in all the differnt positions.
At a 60-70 degree angle,
decline,
flat bench....

Oh and on teh flat bench you can take a light weight and extend both arms out and pull them in.
Liek you are like you are opening and closing a huge book facing the ceiling not you(like you are opening a book for someone on the ceiling can see)
laying on your back. Get what I mean?
Pushups are also good.

I'll second all those exercises mentioned here. Also, if you want to work your abs at the same time, try the dumbell fly with one hand, lying on a flat bench.

Bench Press. Flat is best.

Pushups, too :)

The function of the pecs is to draw the arm inward. Make a "T" with your arms out and now bring them together like how a seal claps (don't bend elbows). That's what your pecs do :)

Because a bench press does not perfectly mimic that motion, it also involves triceps and front deltoids.

Gotta disagree there mate. 20 degrees is about the best for working the chest properly.

Also, try some Supine presses.

Please post some reason for your statement. Or research from a reputable source. Why would you say 20 degrees is best. From my knowledge that makes no sense at all...unless your magazine told you so...then i guess i'm proven wrong...

delicate, think about it, more inclinde you are, the more it works your deltoids
