About the closest to what you are asking would be of the Fut Sau lineage. In NYC this is being taught by Sifu James Cama as well as Sifu Santos Barbalace. Fut Sau is similiar to Pakua in some aspects. I belive there is also a Fut Sau school affiliated with Sifu Cama in California. (NOTE: Sifu Barbalace and Sifu Cama are not affiliated and Santos trains privately only, to my knowledge.)

For the Hsying Yi you could look at VA Thomas in NYC as he does Wing Chun and Hsying Yi.
