" Fong Wing Chun was the wife of Hung Hei Gwun. She was an expert in the crane style who passed her knwoldge of the crane style to her husband Hung Hei Gwun who in turn created the famous Tiger and Crane form, by combining his wife's soft, fluid crane techniques with the strong, powerful movements of the Siu lum tiger."
I thought Fu hok Seung Ying Kuen was created by Wong Fei Hung??

And what is the diffference between the Hung Kuen in south and the one in the north?

That sounds like a line from a movie. Movies always screw things up to make them sound better. Tiger/Crane is not a combination of tiger moves with the crane. That is just the name. Many movements in Tiger/Crane are repeated in other Hung Gar forms.

Difference in Hung Kuen.
If someone refers to Hong Kuen in the north, then they are probably referring to northern shaolin styles such as hong, cha , wa, fa and pao

If someone refers to Hong Kuen in southern China, then they are probably referring to Hung Gar.

Most of the time, in Chinese anyways, when they refer to "Hung Kuen" they are talking about Hung Gar. If they are referring to northern shaolin they may just say " Sil Lum." If they are already talking about Sil LUm and want to get more specific, then they may say Hung Kuen.
