Unfortunately Pittsburgh's martial arts scene is very much like it's cultural background...very undiverse. The major schools you will find are Tae Kwan Do and Karate, and they will most likely be crappy McDojo's at that (took tang soo do for a bit, and learned how to kick wrong). Any form of Kung Fu will be very hard to find. Best thing to do is probably look in the yellow pages. I couldn't find anything on the net for you.
