Does anyone know of a good internal school in the Lynnwood Washington area? I know a good tai chi instructor but he only teaches an 8 day intro class, and because of this focuses on the health aspects as oppossed to the combat aspects of the internal arts. I was thinking Baguachang or taijichaun. Any help at all would be appreciated.
