i know choy lay fut is one style with a great number of powerful techniques and every one is important in same manner .
but when you make sow choy . you can feel the great power of the technique in a special way . is like if you can know that sow choy is unstopable . i think this tecnique is the favorite of a lot of clf brothers . maybe because you can use in san sou with gloves in your hands and in street fighting .
