Does this sound real?

I have found a brochure for this school, that says it teaches Boxing, Jeet kune do and brazilian Jiu-jitsu. In the brochure, there is also a lot of philosophical stuff that sounds like something they have taken directly from "The tao of Jeet Kune Do". Does that sound like the real deal, or like a Mc Dojo?

" McDojos is your kind of place...." Sounds like bad fusion cooking.

At best, you will be able to pick up some basic techniques and have an opportunity to try them out.

Places like these range for pretty bad to high-intermediate level training.

If its something you wanna do then the best thing is to just go visit the school and see it first hand.

More often then not it will be crap but there's always the chance you might find something good, only way to be sure is to try.

Also keep in mind, if you were running a martial arts school and wanted to advertise and the school was your source of income, how would you do the advertising to reach as many people as possible? and how would you prevent it from looking cheesy? : ) its not an easy thing to do.
