I was wondering something. How heavy and long are your bags? What are some exaples of your bag workouts? And lastly where is a good place to get a Thai heavy bag?

Fairtex makes good long bags.

It depends on your needs. The longer the bag the better for kicking, but it's not as good (in some people's opinion) as a shorter bag for punching.

Ringside.com has them. The powerhide unfilled is only a hundred bucks. Don't know if that will last as long as the leather. I found that price in their catalog the web price may be different.
