I have a weird question:

If anyone is familiar with the movie "what women want" (mel gibson, helen hunt): the scene at the end where they're dancing, and there's a song playing in the background--

does anyone remember if this song was "I've got you under my skin" or "Night and day"? I need to know. If someone has it on video or something, or somehow remembers, or anything, please let me know.

I have never seen the movie in question, but the internet movie database knows all (http://us.imdb.com/Soundtracks?0207201). Both songs are featured in the movie. Sinatra sings "I've Got You Under My Skin" and the Temptations sing "Night and Day."

If you can remember how the song was sung, that should be enough to tell you which song.

Well, I remember the Sanatra song was in the middle of the movie, thus, by process of elimination, it must be the 'other guys you mentioned that I can not remember'

Thanks....problem is, there was more than one sinatra song in the movie and I can't clearly remember whether the final song was sinatra-style or temptations-style...I think it was sinatra, but it's all blurring together in my mind.

Another fun song by Sinatra is "They All Laughed"

They All laughed at Christopher Columbus
When he said the world was round
They All laughed when Edison recorded sound

They All laughed at Wilbur and his brother
When they said man could fly
They told Marconi, wireless was a phony
It's the same old cry

They Laughed at me wanting you
said it would be hello-goodbye
You came through
Now they're eating humble pie

They all said we never could be happy
They laughed at us and how
Ho Ho Ho
Whose got the last laugh now?

They All laughed at Rockefeller Center
Now they're fighting to get in
They All laughed at Whitney and his cotton gin

They All laughed at Fulton and his steamboat
Hershey and his chocolate bar
Ford and his Lizzy, kept the laughers busy
That's how people are

They Laughed at me wanting you
said I was reaching for the moon
You came through
Now they'll have to change their tune

They all said we'd never get together
Darling let's take a bow
Ho Ho Ho
Whose got the last laugh,
Hee Hee Hee
Let's have the past laugh,
Ha Ha Ha
Whose got the last laugh now?

Just get Morpheus and download both. Heck you can start playing them at about 500 k to see if it is the song. http://www.morpheus.com

Just be sure to put in a fake e-mail address

I really pitty Johnsmith@aol.com, so many people probably just put that when signing up to avoid junk mail!
