Has anyone heard of 'Len Fa sui'?
this is a genuine question.
This Christmas one of my relatives came over from the U.S who is a fourth generation Pak Mei practitioner. He showed me something called 'Len Fa Sui' which I think means lotus flower hand.
Does anyone know this tecnique? What is it used for and where does it appear in the Pak Mei forms?
I am really interested in this art, I am currently practising Wing Chun. I find these two arts very different. The whole mentality of them both seem opposite.
