Rain:

Uppercut - Fahn Jong Choy or Pow Choy
Knife Palm - Dahn La
Grab - Lah
Shin Kick - Chang Fu
Groin Palm - Lau Jayung or Yum Jayung (both could attach groin)
CLF Salute - Dew Ma Kin Lai
Whipping Fist - Been Choy

Peace

P.S. Never seen an uppercut with 2 fingers protruding. If you are referring to the finger jab portion of Siu Moi Fah it is referred to a Loc Cue (however this refers primarily to the twisting of the arm as a block) the finger jab would be something gee (finger).

Rain,

Uppercut with fingers to the groin I belive you are speaking of Lao Jerng, like in Plum Flower, and another one shin kick could also be Soh Girk sweep kick also in Plum Flower.

The ending grab punch in Loq Kwai Ma, could be La in twist stance followed by Cheung Ahn Choy, eye hitting punch.

And those are just the common names. Many of the moves have a poetic phrase to them, something I am not very knowledgeble in, similar to Hung Gar.
